This beautiful 4X4 diesel truck is from California and has no rust or body rot. New Grabber AT2 General tires, new brakes, engine just serviced. Runs and drives excellent. Only selling because I just got a government transfer. Non-smoker. Super clean carpet and seats no rips or tears. Carhart custom seat covers. Engine drives like new. Now about the truck! Great truck that gets lots of looks and compliments here in LA. Powerful engine. 97s were one of the last years with forged rods. These engines can really handle some power if that’s what you’re looking to do. I was plenty happy with the stock 450 ft/lbs or torque. The plastic around the cluster is a little loose, probably missing a tab or something. Also with 200k miles it seems like the tie rods and ball joints could use replacing soon. I drive it around town and it’s fine but I hear the creaking on occasion. But the motor pulls hard and cranks right up every time. Transmission shifts smooth, no grinding, no slipping.
